Your Role as a Marketing Manager - Enrollment & Growth:
The Marketing Manager, Enrollment & Growth, is responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth across New Story schools. This role blends strategic market positioning with hands-on campaign leadership to ensure our schools are clearly differentiated, highly visible, and effectively supported by innovative marketing programs.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager oversees three Marketing Specialists and partners closely with Operations, Admissions, and Business Development to align marketing initiatives with organizational priorities
Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Growth & Market Positioning:
Drive enrollment growth and strengthen brand visibility through developing and implement marketing strategies that increase enrollment and awareness for New Story schools.
Conduct competitive analysis to strengthen school positioning in the market and create compelling messaging and differentiators that highlight the value of New Story schools to families and districts.
Partner with Admissions and Business Development to build go-to-market strategies that generate qualified leads and support enrollment targets.
Campaign Leadership & Execution:
Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns (digital, print, events, community outreach, PR).
Oversee school-level marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand, messaging, and quality and collaborate with the digital marketing team on paid campaigns, email nurturing, SEO/SEM, and HubSpot workflows.
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements.
Team Leadership & Development:
Manage and mentor three Marketing Specialists, ensuring alignment of priorities and high-quality execution.
Provide clear goals, coaching, and professional development opportunities to support team growth.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Sales & Enrollment Enablement:
Equip Admissions and Business Development teams with marketing tools, collateral, and talking points.
Develop success stories, case studies, and content that demonstrate outcomes and build credibility with families and districts.
Partner with school leaders to ensure marketing strategies align with student needs and district expectations.
