Position Overview
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day brand and marketing execution—across foodservice, retail, and consumer audiences. You’ll own content calendars, digital campaigns, trade show support, influencer and chef collaborations, and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make their mark on a premium, design-forward food brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
· Collaborate on and help drive New School’s marketing plan across channels and audiences
· Translate brand strategy into effective, on-brand marketing campaigns
· Develop campaign calendars for product launches, holidays, partnerships, and more
Digital & Social
· Own social media strategy and content creation (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Plan and execute email campaigns for both B2B and consumer audiences
· Manage website updates and digital storytelling across channels
· Analyze and report on performance metrics (engagement, growth)
Brand Development & Community
· Source and manage marketing collateral: stickers, signage, customer swag, apparel, etc.
· Identify and manage food influencer partnerships in key markets
· Coordinate and support trade shows, events, and customer activations
· Build relationships with chefs, restaurant operators, and retail partners to foster the New School community
· Ensure consistent, premium brand presentation in all touchpoints
Creative & Content
· Collaborate on photo and video shoots, copywriting, and brand content
· Develop presentation decks, sell sheets, and toolkits
· Optional but helpful: ability to do light design work in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
