We’re looking for a Head of Global Marketing (f/d/m) to rethink how we show up in the world. Someone who brings fresh ideas, strategic clarity, and deep understanding of how to scale a B2B SaaS business internationally — especially into new markets across the Nordics, Baltics, and Asia.
Your Mission
Lead our global marketing strategy and help us scale internationally. Key responsibilities:
- Own brand, campaigns, and demand gen across all regions
- Build a distinct, consistent brand identity
- Drive go-to-market efforts in Nordics, Baltics, and Asia
- Elevate visibility beyond typical trade show playbooks
- Align with Sales & Product to speak directly to clinicians, not just IT
- Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team (~5 FTE)
- Launch impactful campaigns across digital, events, and media
What You Bring
- Proven B2B SaaS marketing leadership (esp. scale-up environments)
- Experience building brands in new, complex markets
- Healthcare or regulated industry know-how a big plus
- Creative, challenger mindset with a bias for action
- Expertise in digital channels, segmentation & GTM strategy
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Fluent English; German a bonus
