Job Title: Director, Secondary Marketing - Lock Desk
Location : Remote - hybrid if located within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX locations
Compensation : Starting at 125K + DOE
Job Summary : The Director, Secondary Marketing - Lock Desk spearheads the lock desk operations, driving efficient, compliant, and strategic management of interest rate lock commitments. This leadership role entails guiding a high-performing team, crafting innovative strategies to optimize pricing and operational efficiency, and championing comprehensive training and development programs. The Director ensures seamless alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards, oversees daily lock desk functions, mentors staff to foster growth, and implements process enhancements to elevate performance and profitability.
