The Role

We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to develop enterprise software featuring local/on-premise AI solutions. You'll build voicebots, intelligent RPA systems, and AI agents while mentoring team members and contributing to our platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI automation software
• Write comprehensive tests and evaluations for AI-powered systems
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior engineers
• Contribute to platform architecture and technical decision-making
• Help solve complex business problems through intelligent automation
• Participate in code reviews

Must-Have

• 3+ years professional engineering experience (backend-focused)
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Basic knowledge of generative AI (LLMs, RAG, computer vision, OCR)
• Strong experience with SQL databases
• Proficiency in Python and willingness to work with other backend technologies (e.g., Go)
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Polish and English at B2+ level

Nice-to-Have

• Machine learning understanding and practical ML experience
• Svelte or modern frontend framework experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or AI
