We’ve shipped production-ready systems, built real traction, and assembled a strong engineering foundation. Now we’re looking to strengthen our frontend team with someone who brings depth, polish, and an eye for intuitive design.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer (Next.js) to join our growing frontend team. You’ll work closely with design, product, and AI engineers to deliver fast, functional, and beautiful user experiences that sit on top of cutting-edge agentic systems.

You won’t be working in isolation - we’ve got a solid frontend team and working architecture - but you will take ownership of key product areas, push for quality, and help us scale up both our UI and our engineering practices.

What You'll Do & Own

• Build and maintain core product interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Tailwind
• Work closely with GraphQL using React Relay & Apollo Client
• Work closely with product and design to turn complex AI workflows into simple, elegant UIs
• Help scale and refine our internal component library and frontend architecture
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate APIs, handle edge cases, and debug in production
• Drive performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across the product
• Contribute to frontend code reviews, design discussions, and team best practices

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 4+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering with React and modern JS frameworks (Next.js preferred)
• Are fluent in TypeScript, component-driven development, and scalable state management
• Care about clean design, fast performance, and delivering real value to users
• Communicate well across teams and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Have an eye for UX and a willingness to sweat the details when polishing a feature
• Are excited about AI, decision-making systems, and building interfaces that unlock new workflows

Bonus Points

• Proficient in client performance with caching through Apollo Client & React Relay
• Experience with Tailwind, Zustand, Framer Motion, or Vercel deployments
• Background in recruiting tech, HR tools, or AI-driven platforms
• Familiarity with building secure, accessible, and performant enterprise-grade web apps
• Contributions to design systems, internal tooling, or developer experience improvements
