Job Title: Motion & Visual Designer

About the Role
The Neurored Group a group of fast-growing tech companies operating in three
dynamic industries: restaurant technology, transportation logistics, and AI-
powered agents. With around 200 team members globally and ambitious plans
to 10X over the next few years, we move fast and expect our brand presence to
reflect that energy.
We’re looking for a Motion & Visual Designer with at least 3 years of experience,
someone hungry to make an impact, and passionate about high-quality,
strategic design. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to bring ideas to
life across web, content, social, and ad channels.
This is a fully remote opportunity, with flexibility to work in either the EU or India
time zone. It's also a demanding role—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-
paced environments and sees design as a tool to drive business results, not just
decoration.
Responsibilities
• Graphics for Web Design: Design clean, minimalistic, and responsive web
pages that support storytelling and drive conversions.
• Motion Design: Create lightweight, web-optimized animations to enhance
product and marketing experiences.
• Marketing Collateral: Design lead magnets (eBooks, templates, toolkits)
and polish sales decks to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
• Display Ad Design: Create display ads using Google Web Designer,
balancing file size constraints with visual impact.
• Social Media Design: Produce engaging, platform-optimized graphics for
LinkedIn and other channels.Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual and motion design
• Strong portfolio showing work across marketing design, web layouts, and
animated assets.
• Able to follow creative direction while contributing ideas and suggestions
• High attention to detail, layout, balance, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent – Affinity Design Suite)
and Figma.
• Experience with Lottie Creator or comparable motion design tool like
Adobe Animate.
• Familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment.
• Comfortable collaborating in English with a multilingual team—don’t worry
if your English isn’t perfect (you can even drop in some Spanish!).
