Neuron is building a new category in the property industry.
Today, developers and architects make major decisions without real engineering input because it’s too slow, too expensive, and too hard to access early.
We’ve changed that.
We combine engineering + software to bring fast, reliable insight into the very start of a project where it actually matters.
We currently operate across the UK and Australia and are expanding, with:
- A growing engineering consultancy
- A SaaS platform scaling alongside it
Both sides of the business are tightly connected and this role sits across both.
The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing at Neuron.
This is a hands-on role. Whilst the team grows, you’ll be building and running marketing yourself
You’ll work across both:
- Our consultancy offering
- Our SaaS products
From campaigns to content to website updates, you’ll be in the work not just directing it.
You’ll work directly with the founders to:
- Drive demand
- Shape how we show up in the market
- Turn what we’re building into something people actually understand and want
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and running campaigns across key channels (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.)
- Writing and producing content (posts, emails, case studies, landing pages)
- Managing and updating the website and campaign pages
- Supporting both consultancy-led marketing and product-led growth
- Working closely with designers and developers to get things live quickly
- Supporting events and broader market activity
- Tracking performance and improving what works
Who This Is For

What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years in B2B marketing or growth roles
- Experience running campaigns, content, and website updates
- Proven experience in growth marketing and running data-driven campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance tracking (marketing analytics, web analytics, etc.)
- Comfortable working across common marketing tools (CMS, email, Figma, etc.)
- Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
