We are one of the leading science-based, personal growth companies in the world with proprietary mindset coaching and mental fitness training programs that help people achieve their very best.
The Opportunity to Shape the Future of a Movement
Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and scale our social presence to help drive audience growth and engagement. Your core responsibilities entail orchestrating the success and growth of the main NeuroGym, Innercise, and John Assaraf accounts. This role is ideal for a startup-savvy builder with a sharp eye for content and deep platform instincts. You’ll join a team that moves fast, thinks big, and cares deeply about the work we do.

- Work directly with John Assaraf and our Marketing Lead — we move fast and skip the fluff
- Shape and scale a full-funnel content system that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion

- Show up in person — we are looking for someone local to San Diego who’s excited to be part of in-person shoots and brainstorms
What You’ll Actually Do
📱 Strategy, Content, + Scheduling (30%)
- Own and execute a content calendar across IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and more
- Lead social strategy for NeuroGym, Innercise, and John Assaraf’s personal brand
- Research trends, analyze competitors, and develop platform-specific creative strategies
- Build viral hooks, headlines, and storylines aligned with business goals
🎥 Content Creation + Production (25%)
- Capture + produce short-form content (or guide our creators to)
- Edit or direct edits using CapCut, Descript, Adobe, Riverside, etc.
- Maintain brand visuals + tone across every post, reel, and story
- Optimize for growth: viral pacing, scripts, captions, CTAs, thumbnail styles, and trends
🤝 Collaboration + Alignment (20%)
- Act as the glue between content, product, and marketing teams
- Collaborate with copywriters on scripts, hooks, captions, and carousels
- Attend weekly strategy sessions and launch syncs to ensure social fuels growth
📊 Analytics, Reporting, Iteration (15%)
- Own the numbers: reach, engagement, follower growth, shares
- Distill learnings into actionable insights for the team
- Iterate and test based on what’s working and what’s not
✨ Influencer + UGC Integration (10%)
- Source, manage, and build relationships with creators + micro-influencers
- Oversee collection + repurposing of UGC for content and campaigns
- Ensure brand voice, visuals, and messaging stay consistent across all assets

Location & Commitment:
- Full-time role
- Must live in or be willing to drive to San Diego County 1x/week minimum (to the home office/studio) and on shoot days. Remote otherwise
- Occasionally travel for events, launches, or remote content capture
