What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage 6+ social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create viral content, technical blogs, and educational materials
• Develop both experimental and proven content strategies

Marketing Automation & Analytics

• Build n8n workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks
• Set up marketing funnels and lead nurturing sequences
• Track performance metrics and provide detailed analytics breakdowns

AI Tools & Innovation

• Master AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) for marketing efficiency
• Stay ahead of AI marketing technology trends
• Implement AI for content creation and campaign optimization

Influencer Relations & Partnerships

• Identify and manage relationships with micro-influencers
• Negotiate partnerships and sponsored content deals
• Build brand advocate networks

Performance Marketing

• Execute paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage retargeting and conversion optimization
• Track ROI, CAC, LTV and key marketing metrics

Must-Have Skills

• n8n workflow automation experience (essential)
• 2-5 years growth marketing experience (SaaS/AI startups preferred)
• Expert knowledge of AI marketing tools
• Strong technical writing skills for blogs and social content
• Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, social media analytics)
• Excellent communication for influencer outreach
• Video editing and graphic design skills

Nice-to-Have

• Previous startup experience
• AI/ML technical background
• SEO and conversion optimization knowledge
• Email marketing and community building experience

Work Details & Compensation

• Work Mode: Work from Home (WFH)
• Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Probation: 3 months at ₹25,000/month fixed
• Post-probation: ₹4-6 LPA based on performance
• Performance-based increments and growth opportunities
• Learning budget for AI/marketing tools
