Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Business Development Manager to grow our pipeline and accelerate partner and direct sales motions. You will identify, engage, and qualify healthcare prospects across the US and LATAM, working closely with marketing, solution consultants, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads from inbound campaigns, events, and outbound outreach.
Build relationships with mid-market and enterprise healthcare providers.
Coordinate product demos, discovery calls, and partner introductions.
Manage CRM entries, track sales funnel progress, and report KPIs weekly.
Support go-to-market campaigns through localization and regional targeting.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in SaaS healthcare sales or business development.
Knowledge of healthcare EHR systems (Epic, Oracle Health, Athena) a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in English is required.
Self-starter comfortable with remote work and working across US time zones.
Experience using ZohoCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
Experience in Omni channel demand generation and scaling digital engagement
