Main Responsibilities
- Strengthen and professionalize cooperation with key distribution partners.
- Oversee communication tools, campaigns, catalogs, digital content, and product messaging.
- Design and implement a clear, scalable, and system-oriented sales strategy for the domestic market, with future expansion toward exports.
- Drive commercial growth through key sales channels.
- Strengthen the internal sales and marketing teams.
- Foster a strong performance culture through effective leadership, vision-setting, and consistent execution.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a senior sales or sales & marketing leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering sales growth, profitability improvement, and team performance.
- Experience in technical products or solution-based sales environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities: data interpretation, insight generation, strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of marketing’s role in sales activation: lead generation, brand communication, digital tools.
- Hands-on leadership style with high business maturity and the ability to influence and engage.
- Experience in building team motivation, and developing long-term strategic direction.
- Fluent English; comfortable operating in an international, cross-functional environment.
