About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create product packaging and artwork with precision while delivering high-quality creatives for marketplaces and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and hands-on expertise in design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop product packaging, labels, and artwork files.
• Create print-ready files with accurate dimensions, color specifications, and regulatory information.
• Design product creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Create banners, A+ content, listing images, and promotional creatives.
• Adapt designs across digital, social media, and marketing requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required Skills

• Strong command of CorelDRAW (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of packaging design and pre-press processes.
• Experience in creating marketplace and e-commerce creatives.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.

Preferred AI Skills

• Use ChatGPT for creative brainstorming, copy suggestions, and design prompts.
• Use Magnific AI for image upscaling, enhancement, and detail refinement.
• Use Adobe Firefly for generative image creation, background replacement, object generation, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in packaging, product artwork, or e-commerce design.
