About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and sales. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to work on multiple products simultaneously, giving you the chance to apply your expertise across different industries and audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and offers tailored for email campaigns.
- Manage the entire email campaign process: from setup, scheduling, and testing to deployment and performance tracking.
- Continuously monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize and improve campaign performance.
- Leverage platforms like Klaviyo to design, build, and automate effective email flows.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization to deliver more relevant and engaging content.
- Showcase your expertise in email marketing best practices, from conversion-focused design and copywriting (e.g., subject lines, content creation, list management, segmentation, deliverability) to ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other anti-spam regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Mid to senior-level experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
- Skills: Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar), strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2C SAAS industry or e-commerce.
- Testing & Tracking: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, customer segmentation strategies, and tracking systems (e.g., GA4).
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for generating innovative ideas that drive results.
