We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Technical Product Manager to spearhead our AI and Data product initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-driven solutions, contributing directly to our business growth and market leadership.
You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends, and delivering innovative AI and data products that address critical fraud prevention challenges.
What you ll do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CAF s AI and Data products, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities in the AI and Data space, particularly in fraud prevention.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data technologies, including generative AI and prompt engineering, to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
- Engage with customers and industry experts to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
What you ll need
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products, ideally in AI and data.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing AI or data-driven products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and analytics.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and user research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Advanced/Fluent English is required. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interest and understanding of the AI and data landscape, including recent developments and trends.
- Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering is a significant plus.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Good understanding of fraud prevention vertical is preferred.
