We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to work with one of our clients, a Global Digital Company passionate about filling gaps, solving problems, and connecting talents to customer needs with a unique approach.

Responsabilities

Analyze and interpret payroll platform data to generate valuable insights;
Utilize techniques such as GenAI (Generative AI), LLM (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) to optimize data analysis;
Work with tools like AWS and Databricks to manage and process large volumes of data;
Collaborate with the team to ensure the integrity and functionality of the analyzed data;
Document processes and updates made to the data;
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on work progress.

Requirements

Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (C1/C2) is mandatory
Living em México is mandatory
Be able to work in US day shift (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST)

Main Skills

Experience with GenAI (Generative AI), LLM (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing);
Knowledge of AWS (not too in-depth experience needed);
Experience with Databricks;
Knowledge of LangChain is a plus;
Excellent documentation and communication skills to ensure all changes and updates are well recorded and understood by the team.
