Responsabilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products across Latin America, from concept to delivery and growth.

Identify and structure data offerings that match client needs across credit, compliance, supplier risk, and procurement use cases.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define GTM strategies and value metrics.

Build and validate ideas with proofs of concept using tools such as Python or low-code platforms, working closely with engineers, data scientists and scrapers.

Understand and influence the data delivery stack, including ETL, scraping, enrichment, orchestration, and monitoring.

Drive alignment across technical and commercial teams to ensure products are scalable, maintainable, and revenue-generating.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to evangelize product value, and with Engineering to ensure timely and robust delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Product Management, ideally in data-centric B2B environments (e.g. SaaS, fintech, analytics, credit or compliance tech).

Experience designing or evolving data products with various delivery models: APIs, data feeds, dashboards, business profile, or modular blocks.

Hands-on skills for prototyping ideas and testing concepts (e.g., in Python, Notebooks, VibeCode, etc.).

Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL, scraping, agent architecture, and data stewardship principles.

Knowledge of credit risk, supplier risk, or compliance domains is desirable.

Understanding about structure pricing models, evaluate product costs and margins, and align them with business strategy.

Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with open data integration, rules-based scoring engines or ML-based enrichment.

Familiarity with data tools like Airbyte, Prefect, LangChain, Postman, Amplitude, Looker, or similar.

Background in customer success, pre-sales engineering, or solution design is a plus.

Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams with stakeholders across Latin America.
