About the Role

As a Client Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients—understanding their needs, delivering world-class digital marketing solutions, and building strong relationships built on trust and performance. You’ll also work closely with our team of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and design experts to ensure we’re always hitting the mark.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of Australian clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are met with excellence.

✅ Lead and manage social media content marketing campaigns that engage, inspire, and convert.

✅ Collaborate with our technical specialists to deliver integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

✅ Analyse campaign performance, sharing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

✅ Uphold NetStripes’ unwavering standards for responsiveness, professionalism, and focus on client success.

✅ Understand and adapt to Australian business culture, terminology, and communication styles.

What You’ll Bring

🔹 Experience:

Minimum 5 years in digital marketing.
Minimum 2 years working directly with Australian or US clients.

🔹 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a similar field.

🔹 Skills & Attributes:

Strong client management experience and a genuine passion for delivering results.
Expertise in social media content marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and integrated digital marketing practices.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal specialists and lead small teams.
Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
