About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing execution in Australia. You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager, APAC, to help drive lead generation, manage event logistics, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing NETSOL’s presence in one of our key strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting financial institutions, auto captives, and lenders in Australia.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics for trade shows, partner events, webinars, and sponsored conferences. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
- Local Partnerships: Support in coordinating with industry associations and marketing partners for joint activities and lead generation initiatives.
- Content Localization: Help adapt global content to the Australian market, ensuring relevance and resonance with the local audience.
- CRM & Reporting: Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and event ROI. Maintain marketing data accuracy in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Budget Support: Assist in processing vendor invoices, tracking expenses, and adhering to marketing budgets.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing assets and communications follow NETSOL’s brand guidelines.
- Market Research: Gather competitor insights and market trends to inform campaign strategies and positioning.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or event coordination (experience in tech or financial services a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating virtually
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, and project management tools
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for execution
- Based in Australia with the ability to travel domestically if needed
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a regional or APAC marketing team
- Knowledge of the asset finance or fintech industry
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
