As an UX Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless and meaningful experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces that are user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with the needs of diverse users, including clinicians, administrators, and care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web, iOS, and Android across devices including phones, tablets, and desktops.
Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma (or equivalent).
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Design data-rich dashboards and workflows that simplify complex information and improve usability.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design solutions.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Follow Agile or Lean methodologies to deliver software efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills):

3 - 5 years of experience in UX design and front-end development.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for multiple platforms and form factors (web, iOS, Android).
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframing, mockups, and clickable prototyping.
Demonstrated ability to design data-driven dashboards and workflows that communicate complex concepts simply.
Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and UI/UX best practices.
Exposure to cloud security best practices in AWS.

Education/ Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
