About The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong expertise in Figma and AutoLayout to design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating client requirements into engaging digital experiences by creating compelling UI/UX designs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts from conception to deployment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects for leading brands, enhancing your skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in web design, UI/UX design, or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills. Proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of AutoLayout, is essential. A solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards is required. Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS are preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to articulate design ideas effectively. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables within deadlines is critical. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present design solutions that align with business goals.
