About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer to join The Transformation Group’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable no-code/low-code platforms and applications. This role is pivotal in helping us develop a groundbreaking platform from its initial stages, focusing on delivering robust applications across web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing modern Flutter patterns, state management, and GraphQL integrations to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to ensure the delivery of innovative features that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of development experience in mobile or front-end frameworks or languages.
• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, demonstrating strong expertise in layout, rendering pipeline, and animation frameworks.
• Proven experience with deploying a minimum of 3 Flutter applications to production, including at least one targeting the web.
• Deep understanding of reactive programming concepts using GetX, including Rx observables and controllers.
• Experience designing scalable state architectures utilizing GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.
• Hands-on experience integrating Flutter applications with GraphQL engines like Hasura, including crafting complex queries and mutations.
• Proficiency in creating reusable, styled components and managing theme systems with ThemeData.
• Familiarity with AnimationController, AnimatedBuilder, implicit animations, and page transitions.
• Strong knowledge of navigation and routing libraries such as GetX navigation, go_router, or auto_route.
• Ability to optimize widget builds, memory usage, and app startup time for performance.
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests using Flutter’s testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Design and implement advanced state management solutions using GetX, including Controllers, Bindings, Workers, and Rx observables.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to develop and ship new features efficiently.
• Build and maintain complex GraphQL queries and mutations, ensuring seamless integration with Hasura or similar systems.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI layouts utilizing custom widgets, reusable components, and adaptive theming.
• Monitor application performance, profile rendering, and optimize widget rebuilds, memory usage, and startup times.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, widget, and integration tests, to ensure application stability and quality.
• Manage structured navigation stacks and route transitions using GetX or other routing libraries.
• Contribute to Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure release quality standards are met.
• Engage in code reviews, participate in design discussions, and troubleshoot issues related to Flutter, Dart, and related technologies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the Flutter ecosystem and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
