Why Netris

The AI buildout is the largest infrastructure project in history. It is powered by Neoclouds, AI factories, and sovereign AI initiatives worldwide to deliver the AI capabilities transforming every industry—a $22 trillion global economic impact by 2030.

Netris provides the essential network automation and multi-tenancy foundation for AI cloud operators to build and operate neoclouds and AI factories and transform GPUs from idle capital expense into sustainable revenue.

Netris is growing 600%+ annually and is the first NVIDIA-validated network automation platform purpose-built for AI infrastructure, production-proven and trusted by the most demanding AI cloud operators.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company that provides essential and highly differentiated technology for the mission-critical AI industry.

The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Product Marketing Manager to help with driving product positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and technical and marketing content and collateral for Netris’s NAAM (Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy) platform—both for our own product and for integrations with our partner and ecosystem products. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, sales, and executive leadership to translate deep networking technology into clear business value for GPU cloud operators, Neocloud builders, and enterprise AI Factories infrastructure teams.

This role requires someone who has lived in the AI infrastructure and data center networking world—who understands NVIDIA reference architectures, Spectrum-X, InfiniBand, and the operational challenges of multi-tenant GPU environments. You won’t just write about this technology. You’ll shape how the market understands it.

This is our first dedicated Product Marketing hire. The role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll define the function, not just fill a seat. As Netris scales, this is a significant career growth opportunity to build and lead the PMM group as we expand the marketing team.

What You’ll Own

  • Product positioning and messaging for AI network automation solutions targeting Neoclouds, GPU cloud providers, AI Factories, and enterprise AI Factories infrastructure teams
  • Go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, from positioning through sales enablement and market activation
  • Technical content development: solution briefs, white papers, case studies, competitive battlecards, reference architecture guides, and technical blog posts
  • Sales enablement materials including technical narratives, objection handling frameworks, and demo storylines that help close deals
  • Competitive intelligence: maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape across network automation, AI fabric management, and adjacent infrastructure categories
  • Analyst and press engagement: support AR/PR programs with technical depth and market context
  • Partner marketing programs within the NVIDIA ecosystem and adjacent technology partners
  • Website messaging, landing pages, and digital content that converts technical audiences
  • Content for webinars, conferences (GTC, OCP, industry events), and demand generation campaigns
  • LinkedIn thought leadership and social content that builds Netris’s authority in AI networking

What You Bring

Required:

  • 7+ years in technical product marketing, solutions marketing, or technical evangelism in networking, data center infrastructure, or cloud infrastructure
  • Deep domain expertise in AI infrastructure: NVIDIA technologies (Spectrum-X, InfiniBand, NVLink, DPUs), GPU cluster architectures, multi-tenant networking, and AI fabric design
  • Strong technical writing—you can make complex networking and infrastructure concepts clear and compelling to both technical practitioners and business decision-makers
  • Proven track record with product launches, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales enablement programs that drove measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams to extract technical differentiation and translate it into market value
  • Ability to present confidently to technical audiences, analysts, and press at industry events
  • Self-directed operator who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments where you build processes, not inherit them

Strongly Preferred:

  • Sales engineering or solutions engineering background—you’ve been in the room with customers, understood their infrastructure pain, and helped close deals
  • Experience marketing to AI and cloud service providers, neoclouds, or infrastructure operators
  • Hands-on experience with network operating systems, SDN, network automation tools, or cloud orchestration platforms
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA partner ecosystem and go-to-market motions
  • Background in adjacent categories: cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, OpenStack), storage networking, or hyperscaler-grade operations

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days:

  • Deep immersion in the Netris platform, NAAM architecture, and customer deployment patterns
  • Audit and sharpen existing messaging, positioning, and sales collateral based on customer and competitive insights
  • Deliver your first product content assets (battlecard, solution brief, or case study)
  • Build working relationships with engineering, sales, and NVIDIA partner teams

First Year:

  • Product marketing becomes a measurable contributor to pipeline and revenue growth
  • Comprehensive messaging framework and content library that sales uses daily
  • Netris’s market position is strengthened through consistent analyst engagement, press coverage, and technical thought leadership that advances our recognition as a leader in AI network automation
  • Repeatable launch playbook that scales with product releases

Details

  • HQ: Santa Clara, CA
  • Reports to: CMO
  • Travel: 5–15% for trade shows, conferences, customer engagements, and partner events

To Apply

  • Send your resume and a brief note on a product launch or messaging project you led in AI infrastructure or networking—what was the challenge, what did you do, and what was the business impact.
