Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to build the core software foundation for simulation-based systems in specialized engineering domains. The role focuses on developing high-performance computation services, workflow orchestration, enterprise-grade integrations, and scalable backend systems that deliver reliable, traceable, and reproducible results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop product features and workflows using C++ and Python.
• Develop numerical algorithms, computational routines, and user interface components.
• Build orchestration for multi-step workflows, including project state management, job execution, persistence, and version control.
• Implement robust API contracts and data schemas for results, metadata, and data provenance.
• Integrate applications with enterprise data sources, cloud platforms, and GPU-based computing environments.
• Ensure production-quality software through testing, performance optimization, observability, secure coding, and maintainable architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in C/C++ and Python.
• Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with AI-assisted programming and automated testing.
• Experience in UI/UX development.
• Strong background in backend service development using REST APIs or gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Geometry/CAD data ingestion or Computational Geometry.
• SaaS and cloud-based application development.
• GPU programming or acceleration technologies.
• Experience with AI Agents, AI models, or machine learning integrations.
• Knowledge of hybrid interactive and batch-processing execution architectures.
