Requirement Details:
Job Title: Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (EST Working Hours)
Duration: 6+ months potential for extension
Rate Range: $51-54/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage transactional communication templates across email and in-app, including changes to price, terms of service, billing failures and other critical updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and more to ensure seamless execution of communication plans
- Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of executions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Work across technical teams for UMP and Cannonball platforms
- Set up and run tests to deliver on KPIs and goals
- Ensure all communications are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain a content calendar for transactional communications to ensure timely and accurate delivery of updates
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication strategies
- Optimize Marketing Landing Pages (MLPs), SEO, and testing projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, technical or product marketing roles
- Experience working in agile teams
- Applied coding of template scripting languages (e.g. liquid, handlebars)
- Ability to email code using HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of messaging best practices (email, push, in-app)
- High attention to quality with ability to readily spot potential bugs
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in Salesforce, Adobe, or Braze platforms
- Understanding of email marketing best practices
- Technical expertise in CRM operations
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
