Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on enterprise or line-of-business applications, ideally form- and workflow-heavy systems.

• Demonstrated ability to build and document a reusable design system (design tokens, component library, interaction standards).

• Strong information-architecture and navigation-design skills for complex, multi-module applications.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and the ability to produce wireframes and interactive prototypes.

• Experience designing responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and defining the associated breakpoints and behaviors.

• A track record of running design reviews and securing stakeholder sign-off, not just producing screens.

• Ability to design around platform constraints and translate design into implementable patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience designing for Power Apps (including Canvas Components) and/or SPFx/SharePoint Online front ends.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Fluent UI design language and icon set.

• Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts and solution architects
