Project Overview
- Client is initiating a major enterprise transformation program to replace the current Planview platform with Broadcom ValueOps, including Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and Frictionless Cost Accounting. This initiative will transform and modernize the organization's future-state work intake processes, project portfolio management capabilities, governance framework, and hybrid funding model.
- The project will be delivered with an implementation partner and Broadcom as the software provider. The successful candidate will lead a complex, multi-workstream implementation involving significant organizational change, process transformation, executive stakeholder engagement, system integration, and portfolio governance redesign.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of Broadcom ValueOps and the transition from Planview to Clarity.
This role requires a senior delivery leader capable of managing a large-scale enterprise PMO transformation, overseeing multiple workstreams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving successful adoption of future-state portfolio management processes. The project manager will work closely with CLIENT leadership, Rego Consulting, Broadcom, business stakeholders, PMO teams, IT leadership, and process owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Planview replacement program.
- Establish and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Coordinate implementation activities across Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and associated portfolio management capabilities.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Lead executive governance reviews, steering committees, and status reporting activities.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, and third-party resources.
- Facilitate future-state process design workshops and portfolio management transformation activities.
- Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Support implementation of future-state hybrid funding and portfolio governance models.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards and audit requirements.
- Lead integrated change control and decision-making processes.
Required Experience & Skills (Role-Specific)
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations.
- Previous experience working with Planview.
- Previous experience working with Broadcom Clarity.
- Experience supporting PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing implementation partners and software vendors.
- Experience with large-scale organizational and process transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead multi-workstream enterprise programs.
