Job Title: Marketing/Communications Specialist
Duration: 12 months plus option to hire for the right candidate
Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)
100% remote - can live anywhere
Responsibilities:
- Website Content Management: Regularly update and maintain website content using a CMS (Content Management System), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation & Updates: Edit and update marketing materials such as PDFs using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Document Creator.
- Image Editing: Enhance and optimize images for digital use using Adobe Photoshop.
- Multilingual Content Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to review and maintain translated content, ensuring timely updates and accurate localization across all digital platforms.
- Event Support: Assist regional commercial teams with the planning and execution of industry events, including registration, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Essential Requirements of the role:
- Coordinating with stakeholders on review on content.
- complexity of company structure and tools (digital asset manager where contact is stored).
- CMS access is limited so those with web design experience - system is limited.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
