We operate three brands across the housing space- Nestaway (Home rentals), HelloWorld (Co-living & student housing), and Nestr.ae (Dubai real estate). Together, we're building products that make finding and managing homes simpler for people across different markets.

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who sees design as problem-solving, not just execution. You'll work across three distinct brands- Nestaway (home rentals), HelloWorld (co-living & student housing), and Nestr.ae (Dubai real estate) creating visuals that help each brand communicate clearly and effectively. We're not just looking for someone who can make things look good. We want someone who thinks critically, explains their design decisions, is eager to learn, and is excited to experiment with new ideas and tools.

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Create marketing assets for properties and communities, including listing visuals, event creatives, campaign graphics, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into impactful visual communication.
• Use AI-powered creative tools (such as Photoshop Generative Fill, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, and similar tools) to speed up ideation, generate concepts, and create asset variations efficiently.
• Maintain visual consistency while adapting designs to the unique identity of each brand.
• Contribute ideas during campaign planning- not just execute briefs.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 0–1 years of experience in graphic design (Including internships).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent design tools).
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a strong willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Figma or an eagerness to learn it.
• Interest in UI/UX design.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, or performance creatives.
• Experience using AI-assisted design workflows.
