We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at NESTA Toys. As a key player in our growth, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue through strategic paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, specifically tailored for our direct-to-consumer model, including marketplace advertising. You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and build a loyal customer base.
Responsibilities:
D2C Focused Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads , Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), and other relevant channels, with a strong focus on driving direct online sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition within the D2C space.
- Manage and optimize product feed campaigns for shopping platforms.
- Implement strategies to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns to drive direct sales.
Campaign Creation & Management:
- Design and build creative assets for digital campaigns, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to craft compelling campaigns tailored to different platforms.
Marketplace Advertising Management:
- Develop and execute advertising strategies on marketplaces like Amazon, Swiggy, Blinkit, and other relevant platforms to drive product visibility and sales.
- Manage sponsored product ads, display ads, and other advertising options within marketplace platforms.
- Optimize product listings and content for marketplace search algorithms.
- Monitor marketplace advertising performance and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage promotions and deals within marketplace advertising.
- Analyze marketplace specific data, and trends.
Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards, Shopify analytics, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and CLTV.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and purchase patterns to inform campaign strategies.
- Create and manage dashboards to visualize important data.
Customer Journey Optimization:
- Optimize the entire customer journey from ad click to purchase, focusing on improving conversion rates and user experience on our website and marketplace listings.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize product pages and checkout processes.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns derived from paid advertising.
Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets across all platforms, including marketplaces, to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop accurate forecasts for campaign performance and budget allocation.
- Monitor daily spending and adjust campaigns to meet daily KPI goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, creative, sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Work with product teams to highlight key product features within ads
- Implement best in SEO techniques to drive the organic revenue growth
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Performance marketing, preferably with a D2C firm. Max experience 5 years
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance analysis.
