About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role requires someone who not only understands digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Snapchat, but also has a sharp eye for content strategy and trends that drive engagement and conversion.
You will be responsible for managing current digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and proposing innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand goals. Your input will be crucial in scaling successful sales outcomes, as you bring a proven track record of high-performing campaigns and ROI-positive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage ongoing digital campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Snapchat platforms.
- Develop and suggest new marketing strategies, focusing on performance, brand growth, and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign data and sales performance to optimize ad spend and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure content aligns with audience preferences and performs well across channels.
- Provide creative direction and suggest content themes that resonate with F&B audiences.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and key learnings from campaigns on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and running Snapchat campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content marketing—what works, why it works, and how to replicate it.
- Proven record of large-scale sales impact through digital campaigns (please be ready to share case studies or examples).
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative eye and a knack for storytelling.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Snapchat reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other platforms (e.g. TikTok Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Background in influencer marketing or UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing strategies in F&B.
