Digital Marketing Specialist - Part-Time

We're looking for a highly motivated Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate client campaigns and elevate our internal brand presence. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone experienced in Meta paid ads, passionate about growth marketing, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced digital team.

You'll play a key role in managing paid media, crafting compelling ad creatives, executing social content strategies, and supporting minor web enhancements. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and performance-driven, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Create persuasive ad copy and engaging visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
• Execute and maintain the social content calendar (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
• Apply basic website updates (minor HTML/CSS, UX tweaks, or WordPress edits)
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and suggest optimization strategies
• Collaborate withthe internal team using tools like Notion for project/task management

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta paid ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma for ad and social creatives
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Familiarity with Notion or similar task management tools

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
• Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and optimizing user journeys
• WordPress development or design experience
