Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our teams in a highly innovative analytics project focused on energy consumption intelligence and efficiency solutions. You will be part of a team responsible for developing and operating end-to-end analytical products that directly impact the customer experience, combining Data Engineering, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
In this role, you will work with large-scale energy consumption data, designing and maintaining data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and contributing to the evolution of cloud-based analytical platforms in an AWS environment.
What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and operate end-to-end data pipelines in AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance;
- Process and analyze energy consumption data from multiple sources, including electricity, gas, and solar energy;
- Design, implement, deploy, and monitor analytical and machine learning models for energy consumption characterization and disaggregation;
- Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services, infrastructure as code, and modern data architectures;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver high-quality analytical products and continuously improve platform capabilities.
What you are like
- Experience in developing machine learning solutions using Python, or R;
- Experience in deploying, managing, and monitoring models in production environments throughout their lifecycle;
- Knowledgeable in relational and NoSQL databases, data modelling, and large-scale data processing;
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Batch/Fargate, S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, and RDS is valuable;
- Comfortable working with cloud architectures, infrastructure as code, and modern software engineering practices.

- Total compensation package, between €38.000 and €48.000, depending on your experience and demonstrated skills.
