Role Overview

Our client - a leading fintech platform - builds products that simplify financial services and improve the financial well-being of millions of salaried professionals. They are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing & Events professional to drive their presence across the HR Tech, SaaS & Employee Benefits ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead B2B, Field Marketing & Event strategy
• Plan & execute HR Tech events, conferences, CXO meets, roundtables & partner events
• Drive event-led demand generation, lead generation & pipeline contribution
• Build relationships with HR Tech companies, CHRO communities, industry associations & partners
• Manage sponsorships, budgets, agencies, vendors & end-to-end event execution
• Drive PR, brand visibility, thought leadership & partner marketing
• Work closely with Sales & Partnerships teams to generate qualified opportunities
• Track event ROI, MQLs, pipeline & other key marketing metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–12 years of experience in B2B, Field Marketing or Event Marketing
• Strong experience in HR Tech, SaaS, Employee Benefits or FinTech
• Proven experience in HR Tech & B2B events and event-led demand generation
• Strong understanding of field marketing, PR, brand building & lead generation
• Experience working with CHROs, HR leaders & enterprise stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management & vendor negotiation skills
