We're hiring a Senior Growth Account Manager with deep experience in performance marketing to lead full-funnel growth strategies across high-value client accounts. This role is ideal for a remote digital marketing leader who thrives on paid media performance, client impact, and strategic thinking.

π₯ Key Responsibilities
Knowledge ofΒ paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads
Manage and knowledge of high-budget paid media campaigns (USD 6 figures/month)
Lead full-funnel strategies including A/B testing, landing page optimization, CRO, and automation
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and translate it into actionable insights
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and user journey
Build strong client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive retention
β Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance-based advertising
Hands-on experience managing large ad budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce verticals
Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce), drip campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM)
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, web analytics, and conversion tracking
Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and business-level English
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, or similar platforms are a strong plus
