About the Role
We're hiring a Director of Marketing to own and execute the full spectrum of Neon Rose’s marketing efforts. This role is part brand architect, part digital operator, part cultural pulse-checker. You'll lead our outward-facing voice — across social media, email, paid ads, our website, and events — helping us attract top-tier creators, connect with high-impact brands, and drive overall growth.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll work directly with the senior team and play a central role in how Neon Rose is seen, shared, and talked about in the creator economy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Brand
- Own and evolve Neon Rose’s brand identity, messaging, and voice across all public-facing channels.
- Ensure everything we put out looks and feels like Neon Rose.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines, tone, and messaging frameworks.
Lead Content & Social Strategy
- Oversee all Neon Rose social channels — from strategy and planning to execution and optimization.
- Drive growth, engagement, and awareness across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond.
- Keep a pulse on what’s trending and test new formats that align with our voice and attract both creators and brands.
- Collaborate with our internal team to bring creative campaigns to life.
Drive Email Marketing
- Launch and optimize email campaigns — from newsletters to outreach to targeted nurture flows.
- Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Oversee Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and others.
- Drive both brand awareness and lead generation with clear ROI goals.
Website Management
- Own the strategy and content for our public-facing site — ensuring it reflects our mission, and communicates clearly with influencers and brands.
- Oversee landing pages for campaigns, recruiting, events, etc.
Manage Events (IRL & Digital)
- Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events that elevate the brand, drive partnerships, and strengthen community.
- Manage event logistics, strategy, promotion, and post-event ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on content, brand storytelling, and post-event amplification.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Track cultural, industry, and marketing trends to keep Neon Rose ahead of the pack.Keep your finger on the pulse of creator culture, the influencer marketing space, and digital trends.
- Bring bold ideas and identify new tools, channels, and formats to test and innovate.
Work with People & Partners
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Manage freelancers, designers, or agency partners as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of owning full-funnel strategies across digital channels.
- Experience building or evolving a brand identity.
- Expert in running and scaling social media strategies with proven engagement growth.
- Strong background in paid digital media, email strategy, and analytics.
- Excellent communicator with a great eye for creative and brand voice.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment — thinking big while acting hands-on.
- A pulse on creator culture, marketing trends, and how to stand out in a noisy digital world.
- Bonus: Experience working with influencer agencies, direct-to-consumer brands, or content-led businesses.
