Regional Product Marketing Specialist – Food Safety (Immunodiagnostic)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders for assigned portfolios.
• Develop effective product messaging, positioning, and promotional materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the creation of portfolio marketing content tailored to customer segments, and with insights to ensure active demand generation.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competition to shape product strategy and positioning.
• Execute Go-to-Market strategies and regional growth plans, including new product launches and market share expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, enhancing customer experience and business impact.
• Manage regional product data, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, science, business, food technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 3-5 years in product marketing or product management within B2B portfolios, preferably in a regional capacity.

• Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop, execute, and refine effective strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven project management capabilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive, collaborative, and integrity-driven mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

• Travel: Up to 20% or more may be needed.
