About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build the Neodustria brand from the ground up. This is a unique hybrid role for a marketer who is as passionate about analyzing conversion funnels as they are about designing compelling visuals in Figma and Canva Pro, producing engaging videos, and making direct updates to our website using HTML/CSS.
Your mission is to transform our innovative AI solutions for heavy industry into a powerful, lead-generating content engine. You will own the entire marketing lifecycleβfrom data analysis and strategy to hands-on creation of blog posts, videos, and social graphics, to automating campaigns and optimizing our web presence for conversion.
What You'll Achieve
Your success will be defined by your ability to execute these three core missions:
- Build a Visually-Driven Audience Engine: Design and execute a multi-channel content strategy (Website, LinkedIn, technical blogs, Medium) focused on creative storytelling. You will use your skills in Canva Pro, Figma, and video editing to produce visually engaging content that grows our audience of engineers, CTOs, and industry leaders. You will own the analytics for audience growth, engagement, and quality.
- Drive Lead Generation through Data & Automation: Analyze performance data to inform strategy and optimize marketing funnels. You will create and manage automated email nurture campaigns and lead capture systems to convert our audience into qualified leads. You will be responsible for the entire pipeline, from initial contact to sales handoff.
- Own and Elevate the Neodustria Brand & Website: Act as the central owner for all external communications, ensuring a consistent and authoritative brand voice. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining website content, including publishing blog posts, creating new landing pages, and making front-end adjustments using your HTML & CSS skills.
Requirements
- Data-Driven Marketing & Analytics: Proven experience using analytics to measure campaign performance and drive strategy. You must provide specific examples of how you used data to grow an audience or increase conversions for a B2B company.
- Creative Content Production: A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills. It must include examples of high-quality blog posts/articles, graphics you designed (Canva Pro, Figma), and videos you have scripted, shot, and edited.
- Front-End Web Skills: Proficiency in HTML & CSS is required for updating website content, styling blog posts, and building landing pages.
- Marketing Automation Experience: Hands-on experience building email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and managing funnels with a marketing automation or CRM platform.
- Technical Aptitude: A genuine ability to understand and communicate complex topics in AI, engineering, or other technical fields to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Audience Growth Rate: Month-over-month growth of our follower base and email list.
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): The number of qualified leads generated and passed to the sales team each month.
- Content Engagement & Conversion Rates: Metrics such as email open/click-through rates, landing page conversion rates, and social media engagement.
Primary Responsibilities & Toolkit
- Content Creation: Write technical articles, design compelling graphics (carousels, infographics) with Figma/Canva Pro, and produce short-form videos for LinkedIn and our website.
- Website Management: Regularly update website content, publish articles, and create/optimize landing pages using HTML and CSS.
- Growth & Distribution: Manage and grow our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) and distribute content across relevant channels.
- Automation & Analysis: Set up and run email marketing campaigns, analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, and report on all content and channel metrics.
- Toolkit Proficiency: You are an expert with a modern marketing stack, including:
- Creative: Canva Pro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar video editing software.
- Web: HTML, CSS.
- Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, CRM dashboards.
