🔍 About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various channels including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and more. You will play a central role in brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns via HubSpot, LinkedIn, and key partners—define audience, set goals, create content, publish, and track results.
• Website & SEO: Maintain and optimize our website for performance and SEO; contribute regularly to our blog.
• Email Marketing: Manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of newsletters.
• Event Coordination: Organize and promote both online and in-person events.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate the efforts of the Marketing Officer and Graphic Designer.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze marketing KPIs and campaign results; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Social Media Management: Oversee LinkedIn communications, craft posts, monitor engagement, and suggest enhancements.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of digital trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
• Client Communication: Support client-facing communications such as newsletters, events, and Neocase Academy live sessions.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR to boost Neocase’s employer brand through LinkedIn posts and innovative initiatives.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
