Compensation: ₺50,000 TRY / month + 10% Equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)

The Role

We are seeking a creative leader to own and shape our entire visual and product identity. As CDO, you will drive our end-to-end design strategy across UI/UX, brand identity, graphics, and creative&video production to power our next generation of apps.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Product Vision: Own end-to-end UI/UX, graphic design, and brand aesthetics for our app ecosystem.

Creative Operations: Produce high-converting marketing materials, app creatives, app store assets, and image/video content.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with tech teams to translate complex concepts into engaging user experiences.

Requirements:

10+ years of design experience across UI/UX, graphics, and product design.

Expert mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Rive & Lottie is a plus. Proven image/video editing and motion graphics expertise (strict requirement). A portfolio showcasing high-impact mobile app designs and video work. Familiarity with latest AI-supported design tools. A never-ending eagerness to learn. Excellence in English.
