Job Description
The Role
As our new Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll will work with technologies including .NET/C#, Vue.js, Azure SQL (MSSQL), and Twilio with opportunities to influence how we scale our test automation practices using frameworks like Gherkin. The ideal candidate is someone who values quality and performance as much as clean code and great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
- AI driven mentality – should be well aware current AI market and willing to AI in day to day work.
- Communication, Team player, Takes initiative are Key in this team
- Build modern, responsive UI components using Vue.js(2/3)/Vuex or React or Angular
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Vite, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Experience with Aspos.Word
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate complex C#/.NET (6+ version), APIs and services.
- Build and maintain modular, reusable components and design systems.
- Write performant, maintainable SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product and design to implement intuitive user experiences.
- Drive performance optimization and browser compatibility across modern and legacy environments.
Ideal Match**
- Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude, N8N, V0.dev.
- Experience using SendGrid (transactional or marketing emails).
- Build and Used Dynamic Document and Email Generator tool.
- Experience in Insurance and/or Customer Comms domain
- Knowledge around Azure, Kubernetes, VSTS DevOps
Automation-Driven Quality
- Contribute to and expand our automation-first testing approach using Moq, Gherkin, SpecFlow, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Define and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and integration layers.
- Participate in test planning and reviews to ensure high coverage and confidence.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Possess a "We Mindset" - Contribute to team ceremonies, planning, and team retrospectives.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and accelerate delivery. .
