The Graphic Designer at Needle operates at the intersection of creativity and innovation. You will translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visual formats that both humans and AI can understand. You’ll produce multiformat assets including digital, social, and editorial content. Every output should reflect brand identity, cultural nuance, and Needle’s creative standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Strategy, and Production teams to shape narratives, support client initiatives, and strengthen brand perception.

🎯 Creative Execution & Visual Storytelling

Objectives:

• Produce high-quality visuals aligned with Needle’s creative direction and client goals.

• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual outputs.

How:

• Create static and motion assets for digital, social, and editorial.

• Adapt concepts into toolkits, key visuals, campaign layouts, decks, and email templates.

• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Copywriters, and Art Directors.

• Stay up to date with design trends, culture, and innovation.

🧱 Brand Systems & Design Integrity

• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables in a way our AI can learn and scale.

• Build mood boards and reference materials.

• Develop modular templates and reusable components.

🛠️ Qualifications & Tools

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication

• A strong portfolio showing digital campaigns, brand systems, and storytelling

• Fluent in Figma, Canva, and motion tools (e.g. After Effects, CapCut)

• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

• Interested in AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, or DALL·E

• Passion for culture, systems thinking, and intentional design
