Salary Range: 3,500 - 4,500 USD/Month

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our SaaS compliance platform, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering high-quality solutions for the healthcare industry. Your work will directly impact the security and compliance outcomes of medical practices nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance major features of our SaaS compliance platform.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while remaining open to learning from peers
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring security, scalability, and user protection are prioritized
• Collaborate in a high-performing engineering culture focused on continuous improvement
• Operate within a “test and learn” environment, driving innovation and iteration
• Balance entrepreneurial innovation with delivery of elegant, high-quality solutions
• Identify and raise technical risks, concerns, or suggestions proactively

Must-Have Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven success in dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial settings
