We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to help shape powerful visual experiences across campaigns, brands, and digital products. At NeaMob Tech, design is not just about aesthetics — it’s how we connect data-driven strategy with audience emotion.

What You’ll Do

• Inspire and collaborate with the design team to deliver bold, on-brand visuals.
• Craft digital campaign assets, marketing creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Ensure visual consistency while evolving our design systems to meet client needs.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Use creativity and data to improve performance across ad platforms.
• Coordinate content production with team.
• Analyse creative outcomes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in marketing design, ideally in a digital agency or performance-driven environment.
• Experience communicating with clients and managing client relationships, including handling feedback, presenting creative work, and aligning design solutions with client goals.
• A strong portfolio including banners (static & animated), video ads, GIFs.
• Tools mastery: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and marketing best practices.
• Bonus: skills in animation, AI productions, prototyping, or illustration.
