UI/UX designer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other designers to deliver user-centered solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the strategy, concept, execution, and direct end-to-end product launches, digital campaigns, in-product messaging, content development, and landing pages.
• Design user interfaces that are visually engaging and easy to navigate.
• Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Check completed design tasks to ensure that they meet project requirements and align with brand guidelines. Offer constructive feedback to refine and improve the quality of deliverables.
• Creating design layouts for A/B testing of the website and analyzing the results
• Examine the results of implemented designs, gathering insights from user feedback, performance data, and testing outcomes.
• Confidently prioritize, manage, and multitask between different projects and deadlines.

We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

· Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.

· Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile platforms.

· Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, but not required).

· Excellent communication skills in English.
