About the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll develop compelling visual marketing materials that drive client success while balancing design excellence with strategic marketing objectives. You'll work closely with account managers, marketing strategists, and clients to create designs that achieve measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive visual marketing strategies that align with client business goals and target audience needs
- Create cohesive marketing materials across multiple channels (digital, print, social media) that maintain brand consistency while driving engagement
- Design engaging marketing assets including campaign visuals, social media graphics, landing pages, email templates, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify design trends and consumer preferences that inform creative decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs effectively communicate campaign messaging and value propositions
- Implement A/B testing for marketing designs and analyze performance data to optimize conversion rates
- Translate marketing insights and client feedback into design refinements that improve campaign performance
- Build client relationships through exceptional design work and strategic marketing thinking
- Stay updated on emerging design technologies and marketing platforms to recommend innovative solutions
- Confidently prioritize, manage, and multitask between different projects and deadlines
We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing design or visual communications with demonstrated strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design work across multiple channels and campaigns
- Understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and conversion-centered design
- Data-driven approach to design with ability to interpret analytics to improve marketing performance
- Knowledge of branding principles and experience developing brand guidelines
- Experience creating responsive and adaptive designs for web and mobile platforms
- Practical experience with UX/UI design for websites including creating user flows and wireframes
- Ability to design effective website layouts that balance marketing objectives with usability
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 or higher)
