We are seeking a results-driven Middle/Senior Media Buyer with deep technical expertise in the Malaysia iGaming landscape. In this role, you won't just be managing ads; you will be the architect of a high-performance funnel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Facebook campaigns, from bypassing platform restrictions to optimizing for high-value player deposits. This is a high-autonomy position for a specialist who thrives in a performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Execution: Independently build and manage the entire user journey, from the first touchpoint on Facebook to the final player deposit.
• Market-Specific Strategy: Launch and scale traffic specifically for the Malaysia market, staying ahead of local trends and player behaviors.
• Technical Resilience: Implement and maintain cloaking, anti-ban strategies, and agency ad accounts to ensure consistent uptime in a restricted niche.
• Creative Direction: Conceptualize high-converting hooks and provide clear, professional Briefs (TORs) for our design team to implement.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimize based on core KPIs, specifically ROAS (Ratio of deposit amount to marketing expenses) and Player Value.
• Traffic Quality Control: Analyze post-acquisition data to ensure traffic is converting into active, high-LTV users.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of proven Facebook Media Buying experience in Malaysia Market.
• Niche Expertise: Mandatory background in the iGaming/Gambling sector.
• Market History: Recent experience running traffic specifically in Malaysia.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Cloaking, BM Ads, and managing agency accounts.
• Budget Management: Proven track record of managing monthly spends in the $30k–$40k range.
• Language: Professional fluency in English for internal team communication, Bahasa Malay in Fluent level.
• Independence: Ability to work as an individual contributor and manage your own workflow.
