Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

The NCR Voyix marketing team is looking for a Digital Media Marketing Sr. Specialist to lead the digital strategy and presence for NCR Voyix. You will be focused on paid media and SEO and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to increase our online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. You’ll work closely with the marketing brand, content and web teams to optimize our website content, manage paid advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to ensure the success of our digital initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to enhance search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website structure, coding, and navigation are optimized for search engines.
• Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO and paid campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO and managing paid advertising campaigns.
• 3+ years of digital advertising experience, whether at an agency, brand, or technology platform.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console) advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
