NCODA is looking for our next exceptional team member!
The Associate Manager of Marketing & Communications will assist in a wide range of activities, to include, member community engagement, helping develop and execute on marketing strategies and tactics for various initiatives, supporting internal and external events, and coordinating all social and traditional marketing for the organization, as directed.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with the community.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports to track KPIs, optimize strategy, and inform future campaigns.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and organizational goals.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate social media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and cross-promotional opportunities.
- Responsible for interacting with members and Community Managers to increase interactions with community groups via NCODA Connect in Higher Logic, and others on social media in a positive and professional manner.
- Focus on community engagement and engaging content for different community demographics.
- Responsible for reviewing updates across the NCODA website, supporting MarComms team on content management and updates
- Responsible for weekly member e-newsletter and creative content production that drives engagement and coordinates sponsored insertions with MarComms team.
- Support team with proofreading content.
- Assist with internal team and external member event promotion and tasks, including onsite support to ensure delivery and placement of materials
- Assist with NCODA SEO strategy through comprehensive platform to increase organic search result and increased exposure of brand.
- May include other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Education: Associate+ degree in related field: Marketing, Communication, Business preferred
Experience: Three years related experience or equivalent in marketing with a focus in Social Media Management.
At least three years of experience with digital marketing platforms such as social media marketing, content marketing and community-based member platforms.
Experience in use of social media platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootesuite
Demonstrated organizational skills that result in streamlined project management, meeting expected deadlines.
Proficient in graphic design, utilizing such programs as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Basecamp, Adobe Suite, and various online cloud-based platforms.
Demonstrated history of delivering results, setting, and tracking goals, and collaborating with staff to achieve them.
Ability to write clearly and concisely as well as copy edit for clarity and grammatical accuracy.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work well with tight timelines, multitask and prioritize work.
Must be able to travel (~15%); attend programs and conferences.
Hours
Full time position; remote
Organizational hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST with variable hours based on travel and meetings requirements
Salary Range
$55,000 - $65,000
