We work with startups and established businesses across fintech, wellness, cosmetics, logistics, and FMCG, delivering strategic digital marketing, performance campaigns, creative content, video production, and brand-building solutions. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple clients. You will own campaign planning, performance marketing, team coordination, client communication, and results delivery. This is a strategic + hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals (awareness, lead generation, conversions, retention).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform campaign direction.
  • Define KPIs, budgets, timelines, and success metrics for each client account.
  • Build integrated campaign plans across paid media, organic social, content, SEO, email, and influencer marketing.

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor daily performance: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • A/B test ad creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and report on ROI to clients.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Present strategies, campaign performance, insights, and recommendations in client meetings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Handle client feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams: content writers, designers, video producers, and account managers.
  • Brief and guide junior team members and freelancers on campaign requirements.
  • Review and approve campaign assets (copy, creatives, landing pages) before launch.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use data to inform strategic pivots and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new growth opportunities: emerging platforms, AI-driven tools, influencer networks, advanced targeting.
  • Contribute to NCATALYSTS' thought leadership and service expansion initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the full digital marketing funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion, retention.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar), and CRM/project management tools (Notion, Asana, etc.).
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills: presentations, reports, and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in fintech, wellness, FMCG, cosmetics, or logistics industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email marketing automation, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience managing retainer-based client accounts and upselling services.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven content tools, AR/VR marketing, or advanced analytics dashboards.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
